So, I see that there are many new people, and you may count yourselves as lucky as you can in this place because Dist the Rose is here to take care of you all. I'm sure you've been informed as to the basics of Mayfield, but I've put together a lovely little primer for just this kind of occasion, giving you all of the details you need to bring you fully up to speed, including the most important things that have been inflicted upon us since the first of us can remember arriving here. If you would like to be informed, then come to the library to pick up a copy. If you can't find it, ask any drone where it is, they'll be able to tell you. Look for a gorgeous man with pale hair; someone as extraordinary as myself will stand out.

[And there Dist will be, flitting about, stacking things and shelving things and generally keeping himself busy. He'll also be available to assist anyone who just so happens to be in the library themselves, though every so often he'll have to stop and sit to rest a bit, possibly get down a granola bar outside the view of the head librarian. He can't fit his chair through the door, let alone down the aisles of books, so he's walking everywhere and carrying things and with his condition this tires him out quickly.]

[having been here since December, Red is far from a newcomer. however, he's been spared a proper timeline of the events that have shaped Mayfield into the lovely place it is now, so it's to the library for him. Dist will see the boy walking through the aisles, hands in his coat pockets as he strolls pretty absentmindedly around.

it's sad that this is the closest thing to an adventure that he's had all month.]

Also, she needs something to do before she starts freaking out. [The library.. is a rather comforting place for a magus like Rin Tohsaka. So she'll accept the invitation to indulge in more information about this place, as well as pick up a book or two. If she wasn't able to practice with her magic, she'd have to keep her mind sharp one way or the other.]

[Well, that's not a good way to get on Dist's good side at all. He frowns, shelving the book he's holding.]

[Ever since that kind young man gave her a pamphlet on her first day and mentioned it was organized by a man named Dist, she had wanted to meet him. This invitation was a good excuse to finally do so. It hadn't been so long since she was last in the towns library, but she was perfectly happy to return to it. Despite it's lacking content, it was a place of order and rules, the sort of place she was comfortable.

She looked around for a man with pale hair who could be considered "gorgeous" and finally found someone who came close to it.]

[Information is what Elsa is lacking, so despite the fact that this man's voice makes her ears bleed she decides to find him and get the primer. When she arrives at the library he proves as easy to pick out as he promised; he's exactly the kind of fop that she would have expected.
